Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must immediately cease all use. Continued use after any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes. These Terms govern all aspects of your interaction with the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service, unless local laws specify a higher minimum age. By registering, you confirm you meet the eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Any unauthorized use by minors is the responsibility of their parent or guardian. The service may request age verification at any time.

Account Registration

Certain features require you to create an account with a valid email address and password. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify support immediately.

Permitted Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not introduce viruses, spam, or other malicious code. You must not attempt to circumvent security measures or access another user’s account. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

User Content & Licensing

All content you submit (text, images, or other materials) remains your property, but you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for the service to host, store, and display that content. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights and permissions for any content you submit. The service may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service against any claims arising from your content.

Pricing & Payments

Access to certain premium features requires payment of fees as indicated at the point of purchase. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. You agree to pay any applicable taxes or charges associated with your purchase. Payment failures may result in suspension of paid features until the balance is settled.

Subscription Renewal & Cancellation

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. You can manage auto-renewal settings within your account dashboard. Disabling auto-renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial billing cycles.

Service Modifications & Updates

The service may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice. Major changes will be announced at least seven days in advance when practicable. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised service. No compensation is due for any modifications or discontinuations.

Suspension & Termination

The service may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, security concerns, or operational reasons. Notice of suspension or termination will be provided whenever feasible. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease immediately. You must delete any local copies of materials obtained from the service.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the service’s software, content, and design remain with their respective owners. You are granted no ownership rights other than the limited license to use the service. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited. Legal remedies may be pursued for infringement.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be addressed through informal negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction. Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded.
